Adobe files should be CS5 or earlier. Raster files should be at least 300 dpi and supplied in TIF format if possible. A list of accepted file types can be found in the above PDF document.
Artwork with fonts should be submitted with all font files or be converted to font shapes. Converting all fonts to “outlines” is also acceptable. For vector art, strokes should be converted to shapes.
